We all have a rhythm
A cycle A way our emotions and thoughts drift along the energy of the universe. We all have a cadence A speed A specific view that feeds our soul more than others There is no one way. Each heart beats infinitesimally different from every other heart The beauty is that we can change how fast or slow our hearts pump We can change our rhythm We can alter our cycles We can speed up or slow down We can change our view by simply turning our heads We can be a warrior one moment We can be a hermit the next We can be full and expansive We can be loud or we can be quiet We can be all of it or none It is all right and perfect Nature has a song We can choose the beat Trust your own dance...

My lovely friend Donna Higton is having a birthday blog bash on her site. She is a prolific content creator (seriously... she has like 10 books worth of reading on her blog alone) so of course to CELEBRATE her 11th BIZ Anniversary she's created a blog-a-thon to yes, create more content for her blog. Hahaha!
This is with a twist as she's asked her friends to contribute and look who's kicking it off. I love you loads Donna! Celebrating YOU and your amazingness My contribution, 11 Steps To Business Awesomeness can be found here There are others like you. Others like me too... waiting to show their GREATNESS and their MAGIC, if only they weren't hiding out in their caves. These others, they are already amazing and successful and aware but there's this ONE thing left, that one thing that is their own internal tipping point.
It hurts and it's confusing but it's there, that little shame or that little voice that says that the bigness of who you are will set yourself up for hurt somehow. It's that piece of us who doesn't really TRUST, ourselves, other people, the world. It's a little voice that says 'hang on, I don't need to leave this cozy hideout'. Sure, you may risk occasional excursions into the outside world to achieve something from time to time. That expansion and contraction happens over and over again. That's okay. It's natural. We move in cycles not straight lines. The cave is cool, but only if we're there to recuperate and not to hide. Sad thing is, there's a whole bunch of us hiding in our caves waiting. Waiting to expand the world in a new way. Waiting for that tipping point... Take my hand. I'll show you the way outside. |
