What you seek is seeking you... so are you ready?
Are you willing to allow yourself to be found, seen, heard, hold up the sign that says 'I'm here'. Are you willing to ask for it every day in faith? Not because you're supposed to ask for it every day but because you crave it every day, from the tips of your toes to the ends of your hair - it's yours and you're calling for it. What you see is seeking you... But do you REALLY know what it is you're seeking? Because if you don't crave it, if you spend time in conflict around it, if you put opposing requirements on who, what, when, where then you'll miss the beautiful magic possibility of receiving even more. Get clean with your energy and ask seek with confidence. What you seek is seeking you... Have you created the space for it? Are you cleaning out the drawers that hold the clothes that don't fit, the stories you've outgrown, the habits that no longer serve you, the limitations of what is possible? What you seek is seeking you... Will you meet it halfway? That next client, that book deal, that speaking gig, that mentor, that lover, that house - whatever it is you're calling in, what are you doing to meet it halfway? You don't have to force it to come AND you have to be willing to feel into what it needs to appear in your life. Take the steps. What you seek is seeking you... Who do you have to BE for it to find you? What shoes do you need to wear to walk the path that joins you? Buy the damn shoes and walk in them every day.

"Stacy, do you really want to start a Revolution? Is that the right word? Perhaps a movement, or cause..." my coach asks me
"What's the difference?" I ask. No matter what you call it, I'm in. I've been IN for years. Yes I want to create an army who experience inner freedom Yes I want to change the coaching industry and help evolve intuitive coaches into intuitive business owners Yes I want to start a movement that supports instead of denigrates others in an industry that is built around support in the first place Let's call it a bloodless coup. Because the point of my work is to throw off the chains of oppression... The chains that bind deeply intuitive people in the same-sameness of business as usual, or business as other people see it. Anarchy reigns supreme when we build our businesses through our inner guidance rather than seeking others to tell us what to do. And this anarchy? It looks a lot like LOVE and FREEDOM and WEALTH and FLOW and JUST-OVER-THE-EDGE-AWESOMENESS with Chocolate Frosting on top. It's simple and clear and clean - a getting back to basics. We don't need formulas for success pre-written for us. If we did we'd be gainfully employed in the corporate world. But we aren't... for good reason. Because inside, there's a Revolution happening in our souls. Inside we hear the call to help others. Inside we feel their pain and we see their victories. Coaching is a CALLING. We are called to it. It's a purpose that we might not understand but we KNOW. We cannot NOT do this crazy thing that requires us to up level ourselves every single day. And that same Revolution can only be fueled by finding our own path, creating our own systems, recognizing that that passion can fire up a movement of their own. So yes, I am building an army of change agents. I have coaches from around the world signing up to be a part of the new-coach-order, the coaches who no longer want to blindly follow the orders of others but who want to find the way that FEELS GOOD TO THEM. Revolution Feels Good. It's the right word. You in? Every day we make choices.
Are your choices in alignment with who you are and who you want to be? Who would you need to become to have Success? Joy? Freedom? Love? Trust? Fun? Who would you need to BE to create those things for yourself? Is your business a natural reflection of your own soul? Is your energy clean around what you're creating or do you feel inner conflict? Are you acting because you should or because it feels like heaven? How open is your heart? How closely are you listening to the whispers of your inner voice? Can you hear the song of your desires drifting in the wind? Can you choose to do nothing that isn't YOU? ***** "Avoid certainty. Pick yourself. Postpone gratification. Seek joy. Embrace generosity. Dance with fear. Be paranoid about mediocrity. See the world as it is. Be the boss of you." -Seth Godin Every day we make choices. We can choose to be normal or we can embrace our uniqueness. We can choose to write or dance or sing or lay on the floor or sit in the sun. We can choose our own set of fun and weave it into our life. We can choose to set our businesses as separate from us or we can choose to set our businesses in the seat of our soul, an extension of our purpose. I can choose. You can choose. What will it be today that lights MY fire? What will it be today that lights YOURS? YOUR WORK IS SACRED
And so is your business... As a coach we learn to lean into our intuition and open our hearts. We train ourselves to hear the energetic undercurrents in our clients' words. It's easy to see how that work, the work of transformation and growth is a sacred thing. You're in it so you know, you know how juicy it can be. So how hard is it to imagine that working IN and ON your business is also sacred? Why do intuitive people check their intuition at the door when it's time to do the 'smart' 'serious' business tasks required to build their practices? It's time to change that. It's time to treat our businesses as equally sacred as our work. It's time to release all the pre-conceived ideas of what we're supposed to do, should do, must do to be successful business owners and lean further and further into our hearts and intuitive guidance. Our own Inner Council is the best business guidance we could ever have. No rules or regulations, just simple easy sacred energy work. You already do sacred work. Time to embrace the pure energetics of sacred business building. Message me if you're ready to dive in... http://www.stacynelsonunlimited.com/untraining.html IT'S ABOUT THE LONG GAME
...and sometimes that's the problem. Because we want immediate gratification and everyone is promising you instant solutions with a handy dandy check list Which is great IF your foundation is solid and you're willing to SHOW UP... Show up as you, truly really rule-free-should-free you Show up time and time again Show up without an agenda Show up for opportunities Show up as vulnerable Show up as magical Show up as strong Show up as stuck Show up for YOU Show up for THEM Show up Period. It's never about the one post or the one email that makes all the difference. It's about the hundreds of times you showed up before that matters. True success is a series of showing up over and over again. I promise you moments of immediate gratification. AND the difference between those who make it and those who struggle is the ability to KEEP showing up. This is a long game. There will be times when we hide, times where we show up and nothing happens, many times when we want to give up. Don't. Take a break. Honor your spirit. And then show up rested and ready or wary and cautious or powerful or loving or whatever... show up from wherever you are. Just show up. Play the long game. WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO 'EASY'?
Honestly, I have a complicated relationship to 'easy'. I've always been judged because things are 'sooo easy for you' like it's a bad thing. It makes me feel arrogant to say that it's easy. I worry that if I say how easy things are then I'll jinx it, like it's luck instead of skill for life-business-love to be easy. I worry that I'll repel others by not understanding their perceived complications. But if I stop looking at how it has always been, what I truly crave my business to be like is... Easy and clear With clean intentions Crystal containers that take my intentions and visions and create exponentially more than I have ever imagined possible with little effort on my part I want magic And what do I want my relationship with 'EASY' to be like? Easy lol I want to be in LOVE with easy and have it be a natural non-negotiable Magic is completely and totally possible. I create it every day... except when I make things complicated and hard. That's an instant magic blocker. It's like putting black paint on a clear glass window. What would it be like if you re-wrote your relationship to 'EASY'? What could you create? Where would you be? I grew up in the San Francisco area and would watch the fog roll in in big blankets of gray, enveloping the world in a damp sea of sameness, an invisibility cloak of sorts. I used to love watching it. The fog was comforting and soothing to my soul as if the clouds from heaven themselves had come down to hug me, the crispness filling my lungs with moisture. Some days I couldn't even see a few feet in front of me as I drove my car down the steep winding hill from my house. Very slowly I would drive, trusting my muscle memory on the road I'd driven 1,000x. I'd arrive unharmed at my destination time and time again by simply heightening my awareness and accepting that my visibility was a few feet instead of a few hundred.
Awareness and Grace. I still had to drive. I still had to be cautious. I still had to be aware. AND I never doubted that the fog would lift or that I wouldn't get down that hill. The fog just WAS and I could navigate it without worry. But in our businesses... How often do we fight the fog to make the drive easier, to see clearer, to EFFORT our way past it? We curse it, we curse ourselves for being in it, we curse the Universe for surrounding us with it, for not putting lights on the tarmac of our purpose with sunshine and clear skies all of the time. We take the blame for the fog - it's clearly our fault. We wonder if we'll ever see again, or if we're in the wrong place completely. We become convinced that we will be stuck in the fog forever. MY FRIENDS, THE FOG ALWAYS LIFTS It's a natural occurrence that comes and goes. We are still in movement even when we can't see. What happens if we surrender to it? Instead of sitting there fanning it and shining lights into it and blowing with all our might we just allow the fog to be fog? What if we simply ALLOW ourselves to gently continue in the direction that moves us, with awareness and grace? WHAT IF THE FOG IS BEAUTIFUL? The fog is an amazing tool. See the fog removes distractions and forces you to rely on your heart as a compass. I forget sometimes. I forget how much I love the fog. I love the quietness and the calmness. I love that it inspires blankets and hot coffee. I love that it forces me to slow down, gracefully allowing the path to unfold step by step. Until suddenly we look around and it's gone... and the sun is shining once again. |
