Laughing my ass of trying so hard to go through a guided meditation. It's the kind of meditation I am MOST suckish at. I just follow images (if I receive any) as they come and it feels like I'm forcing it when I follow the guidance. It makes the monkeys in my mind go WILD... which is NOT meditative in any way. So I don't do them often.
I connect with my guides and inner voice my simple deep breath, some music and closed eyes. I'm usually done in 10 minutes or so.
Or I write.
But I don't do the guided visualization thing.
