To surrender to our ability to create, we need to be aware of our relationship with our ability to be creators in the past or future. Recognize these stories for what they are. Feel them. Acknowledge them. Release the judgement around them.

What is your history around others who are creative? Do you think being and artist is the same thing as being a creator? Are you an artist? What are the stories running through your head? Remember a time in your life when created something you were proud of and it was celebrated. Remember a time in your life when created something you were proud of and it was ridiculed.
