Okay I can't stand it any more... Taking on MORE doesn't earn you more. Having a long to-do list is an illusion you've created to make it seem like you know what the heck you're doing each day. If you're busy then you can avoid the stuff you really don't want to be doing.
Like sales. Or marketing. Because you're busy writing blog posts or creating new website copy or working on your signature program.
What if instead of doing the busy work and having the long list, do the things that are the most valuable.
Your long to-do lists do nothing for your bottom line -they just make you busy. If you want to be busy go for it.
If you want to be a successful coach ask yourself - Who can I serve directly? Who can I connect with personally? Stop shouting from the mountain top hoping someone will hear you. Stop hiding behind your computer waiting for someone to be so moved by your latest Facebook post that they'll hire you.
CONNECT with 1 person at a time over and over again. If your to-do list is going to be filled, it needs to be filled with clients and conversations, not busy-work.
