Pick up the phone for no other reason than to say hi
Because it's a natural part of the cycle and the more you fight it the longer it will take to get past it.
The void IS the flow.
Be IN it
Because magic can only happen if you open yourself up to it and it can't happen if you're busy clenching your muscles efforting every step of the way
